Welcome to torc.
TORC Community & Family Resource Centre was established in 2004 and supports families in need in Killarney Town & Municipal District Areas. We are part of Irelands largest family support programme funded by the Child & Family Agency (Tusla) under the Family & Community Services FRC National Programme.
Our mission
Our mission is to support the development of the community through empowerment, understanding, inclusion and acceptance. To realise our vision through the delivery of a professional, respectful, confidential family and community support service.
