Welcome to torc.
Torc Community & Family Resource Centre, established in 2004, serves as a vital hub for family and community support in Killarney Town, the wider Municipal District and parts of the Sliabh Luchra area. As part of Ireland’s largest family support initiative – the Family & Community Services Resource Centre Programme, funded by Tusla – the Child and Family Agency – we work to strengthen families, build community connections, build capacity and respond to the evolving needs of individuals and groups through a range of inclusive, accessible services and supports.
