TORC Community & Family Resource Centre was established in 2004 and supports families in need in Killarney Town & Municipal District Areas. We are part of Irelands largest family support programme funded by the Child & Family Agency (Tusla) under the Family & Community Services FRC National Programme.
Our centre is a bright, welcoming and vibrant centre offering a range of family support services , mental and well being programmes , and activities including a High-Quality Childcare Service to support families and communities in need.
