TORC Community Family Resource Centre is a Company Limited by Guarantee. The project is overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors comprising of members from the FRC geographical areas and from diverse backgrounds, with experience, knowledge and an interest in supporting and developing its community and responding to community needs.

Three Year Strategic Plan.

We are currently working on developing a Strategic Plan for 2022 – 2025. We will be consulting widely with the public, agencies, and organisations. We will post a Monkey Survey over the coming months and would encourage as many people as possible to take part in our consultation.
